CarrierSwitcher.com connects you with a phone unlocking provider (the “Provider”) and acts solely as a platform or a middleman without any legal responsibility. The agreement for phone unlocking services is strictly between the user and the Provider. CarrierSwitcher only acts as an interface for connecting users with Providers.

3. Disclaimers

All product names, logos, and brands mentioned in our website are property of their respective owners. All company, product, and service names used in this website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.

CarrierSwitcher is an independent Service Middleman and is not affiliated with any Manufacturer or Carrier. We do not sell or host jailbreak services or tools. We link to official sources only. We are in no way affiliated with Apple Inc. Therefore, we cannot access your Apple ID account, reset your password, or Activation Lock etc. All advertised 3rd party software advertised belongs to its copyright holder and has no association with CarrierSwitcher.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to the following:

  • You will only use the Service for lawful purposes.
  • You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that you do not own or have the legal right to unlock.
  • You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that is reported as lost or stolen.
  • You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that is under contract or still under warranty with the carrier.
  • You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that is in violation of any laws or regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will CarrierSwitcher be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether under a theory of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Invalid Key

Your Activation Key is invalid
There are a couple reasons why this might have happened:
1) you don’t have an activation key and entered a fake one
2) you entered the wrong code
3.) You didn't sign up properly

Please double-check that you have downloaded your activation key according to the instructions in the tutorial video.
