The agreement for phone unlocking services is strictly between the user and the Provider. CarrierSwitcher only acts as an interface for connecting users with Providers.

CarrierSwitcher is an independent Service Middleman and is not affiliated with any Manufacturer or Carrier. We do not sell or host jailbreak services or tools. We link to official sources only. We are in no way affiliated with Apple Inc. Therefore, we cannot access your Apple ID account, reset your password, or Activation Lock etc. All advertised 3rd party software advertised belongs to its copyright holder and has no association with CarrierSwitcher.

- You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that you do not own or have the legal right to unlock.
- You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that is reported as lost or stolen.
- You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that is under contract or still under warranty with the carrier.
- You will not use the Service to unlock a phone that is in violation of any laws or regulations.
